The DS-18 sliding door package is available in 3 standard anodized finishes - clear, dark bronze and light bronze. Other anodized and painted finishes are available upon request.

The DS18 has been designed with unique features included in order to ensure optimal performance. The high tech control board continuously monitors and adjusts operations to ensure smooth operation where wind and pressure are a factor.

The slim header design allows the doors to be mounted closer to the center of gravity - thus creating a better balanced operation - as well as allowing smoother acceleration, smoother braking and longer roller life.

| The DS-18 Sliding Door is a complete package available in various configurations and customizable for any application. Through its development, our engineering team has carefully considered the various needs of both the installer and the end user. The door package is quick and easy to install - all components are pre-assembled at our factory, so an average a Bi-Part package should be operational in no more than 4 hours.

DS-18 Control supports a digital interface
for the adjustment of settings and a counter
that displays the amount of times the door
has been cycled (up to 99 million cycles).
The DS-18 Control Board is able to accept
unique operational functions in accordance
to the changing needs of the user. |

These functions are controlled by sensor switches, safety beams, adjustable
summer/winter switch, electric locks, and
side screen safety. The integration of these
functions sets the standard for ongoing customer
care and quality assurance |

All major components such as the motor, control box, drive belt and roller track are front fixed into the Header -allowing parts to be mounted and removed with ease. The motor gearbox system provides high-speed range and creates a well balanced operation. Smooth acceleration and smooth braking contribute to the longevity of the DS-18 door package.
